Retainer Instructions
To keep your smile in place, wear your retainer full-time unless told otherwise. Always remove it when eating and store it in its case—most lost retainers disappear during meals. Clean it daily with a toothbrush and lukewarm water, and avoid heat or pets that may damage it. If it feels off or breaks, don’t try to adjust it—call us. Bring it to your appointments, and with proper care, it can last for years.
